Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky. She serves clients in the areas of insurance defense, landlord tenant issues, personal injury, civil protection orders, adoptions and various other litigation matters. She has also assisted clients with issues involving foreclosure, divorce, child custody, and real estate.
Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Prior to joining BPBS, Elizabeth completed internships at the Kenton County Kentucky Family Court, The Children’s Law Center, The Legal Aid Society’s Domestic Violence Civil Protection Order Clinic, and The National Foundation for Women Legislators. Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Political Science from Elon University in Elon, North Carolina where she was recognized as a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society. Elizabeth grew up in Fort Thomas, Kentucky and is a graduate of Highlands High School. She now lives with her husband, Bradley, in the Pleasant Ridge neighborhood of Cincinnati.
Elizabeth is involved with the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce LEGACY organization for young professionals and the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati’s Volunteer Lawyers Project. In addition to her legal practice, she also serves as coordinator for the YMCA Camp Ernst Alumni Association and is a volunteer at Crossroads Community Church in Oakley.
